Granite Falls is located in the western foothills of the Cascade Range, a great location for families that commute to Everett, Seattle, and the Eastside to work. Granite Falls is also located near recreational areas along the Mountain Loop Highway in the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest, with plenty of hiking, camping, and fishing sites. September 2021 Market Report

Median and average sales prices are still well up over last year at the same time, but a couple of stats indicate the market slowing down in September 2021.

• In September 2021, almost entirely across the board with SnoCo, KingCo, and IslandCo, we saw drops in both median and average sales prices compared to August 2021 for both condo and residential.
• The days on market went up a tick in all three counties for condo and residential with the exception of SnoCo stayed the same at 10 days.
• The list-to-sale price also decreased a half to a whole percentage point in all cases except for IslandCo condo.
